Job Description

About the Role: ProperExpression is a boutique growth marketing agency specializing in Wealth Management, SaaS, and Professional Services. We are seeking a dedicated Digital Marketing Project Manager who is a Project Manager first and a Marketer second. You will thrive on creating order, balancing team capacity versus client scope, and leading impactful marketing projects to success.

What You'll Do

  • Project Management: Become the ClickUp Master, building projects, lists, and templates to keep the team on track and on deadline.
  • Internal Coordination: Monitor internal team assignments, follow up with stakeholders, and manage external contractors (designers, copywriters, web developers).
  • Resource Management: Track hours, coordinate estimates, and ensure the team is operating efficiently with a high utilization rate.
  • Campaign Planning: Collaborate with Strategists, SEO/PPC experts, and designers to coordinate powerful marketing campaigns.
  • Strategic Development: Partner with account managers to implement multi-channel campaign briefs and oversee website/landing page development.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of project management experience at a marketing agency or an in-house marketing team.
  • C1/C2 fluency in English and willingness to work USA East Coast hours.
  • Direct experience with a project management platform like ClickUp (preferred), Asana, Monday.com, Wrike, or Jira.
  • Highly organized, process-driven, and tech-savvy with excellent communication skills.
  • Bonus: Experience with Agile methodology, HubSpot, Google's marketing suite, WordPress, and B2B Marketing.
