WHAT IS YOUR ROLE

As a Marketing Multimedia Specialist, you will function as a creative contributor responsible for supporting Boldr’s brand narrative across multimedia, digital, and campaign channels. You will execute on a variety of creative initiatives, supporting marketing strategy through visual storytelling that supports thought leadership, demand generation, and brand growth.

You will collaborate closely with the Content Manager, Campaign Manager, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure all creative output is strategically aligned, executed with excellence, and delivered on schedule. You will also support improvements to creative production processes to drive efficiency, consistency, and scalability.

This role requires proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Premiere Pro, along with the ability to integrate creative assets seamlessly into HubSpot.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

Multimedia Production Execution

  • Support the creative lifecycle for multimedia and digital assets — including concept development, production, editing, motion, formatting, versioning, and final delivery.
  • Execute on the asset pipeline by ensuring all creative is produced on schedule for campaigns, launches, editorial calendars, and strategic initiatives.
  • Follow and maintain brand consistency, applying advanced design judgment to push visual quality, clarity, and innovation across all outputs.
  • Support creative timelines from brief to delivery, proactively addressing dependencies, blockers, and prioritization needs.
  • Ensure quality within the creative production workflow, balancing speed, quality, experimentation, and optimization.
  • Support the adoption of new methods, formats, tools, templates, and visual systems that improve efficiency and enable scalable production, where possible.
  • Support the maintenance of design assets and templates, and brand assets, ensuring they are continuously updated, organized, and usable across teams.

Content Repurposing & Multi-Format Creation

  • Transform long-form content (masterclasses, webinars, interviews, events, internal insights) into a multi-format marketing assets — including:
  • Short-form videos, reels, highlight cuts
  • Carousels, infographics, social graphics
  • Email and landing page visuals
  • Website graphics and UI-driven assets
  • Case study visuals, event materials, and presentation decks
  • Support content repurposing for key initiatives, ensuring every asset aligns with narrative structure and audience intent.
  • Apply storytelling, motion, layout, and UX principles to maximize engagement and message clarity.
  • Recommend high-impact creative formats, opportunities, and content angles that amplify strategy and improve performance.
  • Ensure all content reflects Boldr’s tone, quality, empathy, and design identity across channels.

Advanced Tooling & Technical Production

  • Use strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create high-quality graphics and layouts.
  • Use Premiere Pro and/or After Effects for video editing, motion graphics, and content slicing.
  • Use Figma for rapid layout creation, light UI/UX improvements, prototyping, and digital design.
  • Integrate creative assets into HubSpot, including upload, tagging, organization, and asset preparation for landing pages, workflows, campaigns, and web experiences.
  • Ensure assets are visually compelling, technically sound, and optimized for digital performance across devices and platforms.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with the Content Manager to support content development into visual narratives and creative assets
  • Work with the Campaign Manager to support alignment of creative with campaign requirements and timelines, KPIs, and channel requirements.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Solutions, Sales, Product, People, Leadership) to support their creative needs while maintaining prioritization and quality standards.
  • Communicate progress and gather feedback clearly and proactively.
  • Support multimedia execution for key campaigns by coordinating deliverables and ensuring high-quality output.

Strategy Execution & Creative Alignment

  • Support the execution of brand and marketing strategy into visual executions that support demand generation, thought leadership, and campaign objectives.
  • Apply basic audience and UX considerations, and brand insights to guide creative decisions and improve user journeys
  • Collaborate with web, operations, and digital teams to refine layout, content hierarchy, visual consistency, and brand experience across digital properties.
  • Contribute ideas to improve visual content opportunities that strengthen the narrative, improve comprehension, or elevate creative impact.

Process Improvement & Creative Operations

Support process improvements of creative workflows, production processes, documentation, asset organization, file structure, and other operational efficiencies.
