Job Description
WeLaunch is seeking two senior leadership roles: a Marketing Head and a Sales Head, to drive growth and revenue for multiple international client businesses. We are a remote-first growth and AI services company with global clients across the US, Middle East, Africa, and India, managing over 10 businesses simultaneously.
### Marketing Head (Full-time | Remote)
#### Role Overview
Lead marketing strategy and execution for multiple international client accounts and WeLaunch’s internal brand.
#### Responsibilities
* Own Go-to-Market (GTM) and growth strategies for international B2B & B2C clients.
* Plan and execute content marketing, performance marketing, brand building, and positioning strategies.
* Manage marketing funnels, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), and growth Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
* Collaborate closely with sales teams, founders, and client stakeholders.
* Lead and mentor marketing teams, designers, and freelancers.
#### Requirements
* Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience.
* Demonstrated international market exposure (US, Europe, Middle East, or global clients).
* Experience managing multiple brands or accounts concurrently.
* Strong understanding of growth funnels, paid media, and analytics.
* Background in startups, agencies, or consulting is preferred.
#### Compensation
* Salary-based role.
* Up to ₹13 LPA.
* This is a fully paid role.
### Sales Head (Full-time | Remote)
#### Role Overview
Own revenue growth, sales strategy, and pipeline execution for WeLaunch and its international client portfolio.
#### Responsibilities
* Build and scale outbound and inbound sales systems.
* Define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), pricing strategies, sales playbooks, and revenue forecasts.
* Close high-ticket international B2B deals.
* Manage Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, reporting, and sales KPIs.
* Build and lead a sales team as the company scales.
#### Requirements
* Minimum of 3 years in B2B sales or revenue leadership.
* Proven experience selling to international clients.
* Strong consultative and solution-selling skills.
* Experience with agencies, SaaS, or services businesses is preferred.
* Comfortable working directly with founders and global stakeholders.
#### Compensation
* Salary-based role.
* Up to ₹13 LPA INR.
* Incentives/bonuses may apply (not commission-only).
