Marketing Designer

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Graphic Designer to join our creative marketing team that will design across mediums (digital, social, print, presentations) to bring our marketing and sales efforts to life. You’ll work closely with art directors, copy writers, event managers, and marketing team members to produce high-quality visuals that engage audiences while maintaining brand consistency.

We are looking for someone with design sensibility both technically and theoretically, ability to craft impactful visuals that combine messaging and branding, and the ability to organize multiple projects and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creative Services: Develop compelling graphics for a variety of mediums, including digital/websites, social, email, presentations/Google Slides, paid media, events, and small- and large-scale print materials. Intake requests, communicate with the requestor, and execute according to SLA, campaign brief and our brand.

Asset Production: Prepare and deliver accurate, print-ready and digital-ready files for packaging. Meticulously proof designs for alignment, resolution, colors, and overall accuracy before final delivery.

• Presentation Design: Develop customer-facing presentations, using mostly Google Slides, in collaboration with sales or executives. Turn content-heavy slides into visually appealing layouts, graphics, animations, and formats.

Brand Standards: Ensure all designs adhere to established brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across projects. Develop new designs that evolve our brand and push our visual expression.Project and Time Management: Must be able to communicate effectively with various stakeholders within marketing and across departments, whether via Zoom, Slack or email, to understand creative briefs and assignments, explain creative concepts, and hand off final deliverables. Must be able to stay on top of projects in various stages of flight, plan ahead, and project management yourself.
