About the Role: At PayNearMe, we’re on a mission to make paying and getting paid as simple as possible. The Manager, Mid-Market Sales will lead a team of Account Executives focused on driving growth within the Auto and Personal lending segments, specifically targeting lenders with fewer than 1M active loans.
What You'll Do
- Lead a team of Account Executives, building the strategy around the sales team’s approach to the auto and personal lending market.
- Own the pipeline health by setting prospecting standards, monitoring funnel conversion metrics, and ensuring sufficient pipeline coverage.
- Drive consistent attainment of team sales targets by removing obstacles and ensuring disciplined execution across the full sales cycle.
- Provide oversight and approval on pricing strategy, deal structuring, and contract terms.
- Collaborate with business development, marketing, product, and customer success teams to align on demand generation and messaging.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience and a minimum of 3 years in a sales leadership or management role selling technology solutions.
- Strong understanding of lending operations, servicing workflows, procurement processes, and regulatory considerations within financial institutions.
- Tech-savvy with a strong grasp of modern sales tools, CRM systems (Salesforce), and market research methodologies.
- Active involvement in the lending industry and ability to engage senior decision makers effectively.
