Manager - Legal

About the Role: Riveron is searching for a Manager - Legal to help lead its compliance function and serve as a valued business partner to its client engagement leadership, Human Resources, and Talent Acquisition teams. You will work closely with the executive legal team to establish company policies, refine agreement templates, and provide practical advice.

What You'll Do

• Draft, review, and negotiate client engagement letters and professional services agreements.
• Manage litigation claims and reporting, including subpoena responses and discovery requests.
• Provide legal advice on employment law matters and draft new hire offer letters and employment agreements.
• Manage all international vendor compliance policies and procedures, including KYC, due diligence, and licensing.
• Provide internal legal support on acquisitions, strategic transactions, and intellectual property.

What You Bring

• Juris doctor degree and a valid India bar admission.
• 6+ years of legal experience (in-house or law firm experience preferred).
• Experience providing legal support to a consulting firm or similar professional/technology services business.
• A practical, solution-oriented mindset with strong legal and business judgment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills to deliver recommendations to a variety of audiences.
