Job Description
The Plum Tree Group, an agency that has helped 300+ startups and Fortune 500 companies (partners with Salesforce, Shopify, Google, AWS), is scaling its local sales team. We are looking for a LinkedIn Outreach Specialist to build and manage a predictable system for booking sales demos. Your job is not just to send messages, but to research deeply, identify "pain points," and start real business conversations.
Key Responsibilities
- Pipeline Management: Build a predictable system for booking sales demos, handling the entire process from research to conversion.
- Deep Research: Research industry pain points (using Reddit, Quora, Discord) and build segmented lists of prospects via Boolean search.
- Strategic Messaging: Create 5-step message sequences that offer value and feel personal, using AI (ChatGPT) to draft but refining with a human touch.
- Inbox Management: Reply to leads daily, handling objections and turning a "maybe" into a "yes" to guide them toward a booking.
- Campaign Optimization: Track what works, improve messaging constantly, and manage campaigns in automation tools.
Requirements
- Network: Must have a strong LinkedIn presence including a significant number of US-based C-Suite executives.
- Experience: Proven experience in LinkedIn outreach, lead generation, or outbound sales (preferably in B2B Tech or SaaS).
- Tool Stack: Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and automation tools (e.g., Lemlist, Expandi).
- CRM: Prior experience with CRMs like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
- Platform Expertise: Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) is a big plus.
- Strategy: Experience in Account-Based Marketing (ABM)—creating personalized campaigns for high-value clients—is a strong advantage.
