About the Role: Roofr is looking for a hands-on Lifecycle Marketing Lead to own the full customer journey—from acquisition through expansion. You will be responsible for mapping the customer lifecycle, identifying drop-off points, and building behavior-based triggers across email, SMS, and in-app messaging to drive activation, retention, and revenue growth in a fast-paced SaaS startup environment.
What You'll Get to Do
- Own and continuously improve the customer lifecycle, identified via data-driven trends and behavior triggers.
- Build and optimize multi-touch campaigns using HubSpot, Amplitude, GA4, and Pendo.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Revenue, Growth, and Product teams to ensure campaigns are segmented and tied to business outcomes.
- Lead A/B testing and performance analysis to iterate on drip flows and sales sequences.
- Partner with Data teams to pipe product usage data into marketing tools for high-level personalization.
- Translate complex product usage data into actionable lifecycle strategies.
What You Bring
- 4+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing or marketing automation in a startup SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of building and launching cross-channel customer journeys (Email, SMS, In-app).
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Amplitude, Pendo, or similar marketing technology stacks.
- Deep understanding of best practices for segmentation, experimentation, and usage-based triggers.
- Strong analytical skills to track activation, engagement, retention, and upsell metrics.
- Demonstrated use of AI tools for content creation, campaign analysis, and optimization.
- Bonus: HubSpot Certification and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email troubleshooting.
