Life Coach (Corporate Wellness)

Las Vegas Petroleum, an active operator of convenience stores and travel centers currently operating 13 locations in the Las Vegas Metro area, is looking for a dedicated Life Coach. We believe that personal growth is key to a successful life. In this role, you will work with individuals to help them unlock their potential, improve their mindset, and navigate life's challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Coaching Sessions: Conduct personal coaching sessions to help clients identify and clarify their goals.
• Action Planning: Develop personalized action plans to assist clients in achieving their goals.
• Strategy & Support: Provide guidance and strategies for overcoming obstacles while offering encouragement and accountability through regular check-ins.
• Workshops: Organize workshops or group coaching sessions on topics such as goal setting, stress management, and personal development.
• Records: Maintain accurate records of coaching sessions and client progress.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is preferred.
• Certification: Certification as a Life Coach or equivalent training is strongly desired.
• Experience: Proven track record of client success in personal development or coaching roles.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, listening, and interpersonal skills with an empathetic and non-judgmental approach.
• Mindset: Continuous learner, staying updated on coaching methodologies.
