Legal Counsel

About the Role: ZeptoLab is seeking a Legal Counsel to provide day-to-day legal support across a wide range of commercial, operational, product, compliance, and business matters, including animation licensing and production matters. You will partner closely with business teams on contracts, compliance, and key operational initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Review, draft, negotiate, and manage a wide range of commercial agreements (license, vendor, service, SaaS, publishing, marketing).
• Support internal teams on day-to-day contractual matters and track key contract terms, deadlines, and renewals.
• Support privacy and data protection matters, including reviewing data processing arrangements.
• Identify, assess, and escalate legal and compliance risks across the business.
• Provide legal input on product launches, campaigns, promotions, and partnerships.

What You Bring

• 2+ years of experience in commercial contracts and general in-house legal support.
• Strong drafting, review, and negotiation skills.
• Practical, business-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while recognizing when escalation is required.
• Bonus: Experience in compliance and mobile game development business environments, and fluency in both English and Russian.
