Legal Consultant

About the Role: Lamdax is looking for an experienced Legal Consultant with strong expertise in drafting and reviewing contracts in compliance with Saudi Arabian laws and regulations. In this freelance role, you will support the company on a project/task basis by preparing, reviewing, and finalizing legal documents and agreements for immediate business use.

What You'll Do

• Draft, review, and finalize legal contracts and agreements aligned with Saudi regulations.
• Prepare board member agreements for both Saudi and non-Saudi individuals.
• Review existing contracts and provide legal amendments and recommendations.
• Provide legal consultation and guidance on company agreements, policies, and documentation.
• Identify legal risks and propose practical solutions.

What You Bring

• Proven experience in Saudi labor, corporate, and commercial contract drafting.
• Strong understanding of Saudi legal and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience handling agreements involving Saudi and non-Saudi board members.
• Excellent legal writing skills in English.
• Bonus: Arabic language skills are a strong advantage.
