Job Description

About the Role: Voya Financial is determined to support individuals and communities in reaching a better financial future. We are looking for a Leave, PFML and Disability Digital & Claim System Product Delivery Director to execute the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of digital product features and claim system features. You will bridge organizational gaps between different functional groups to drive execution and act as the voice of the customer and claim examiners.

What You'll Do

  • Set the digital product vision and strategy with appropriate stakeholder input and work with UX teams to understand customer pain points.
  • Prioritize the roadmap every quarter, defining features and functionality based on external and internal customer/market value.
  • Provide clear definition for expected outcomes, define clear milestones, and resolve issues of unclear system functionality with cross-functional teams.
  • Define clear QA and UAT testing scenarios and act as the primary business resource for all UAT testing.
  • Demo pre-release versions of the product, conduct training sessions, and act as the primary business stakeholder for release weekend and production checkout.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Marketing, or Finance.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the group Leave of Absence, Paid Family Medical Leave, and Disability Insurance market and operational processes.
  • Demonstrated success bringing new software products or services to market with strong business acumen.
  • Expertise working with cross-functional teams (sales, UX designers, engineering) in an Agile framework.
  • Bonus: Product Management/Agile Certification and familiarity with FINEOS.
