Position Overview

We are seeking a high-performing Lead Technical Partner Enablement Engineer to join our global Cyber Academy division. Located remotely within India, you will take direct operational ownership of technical enablement blueprints, courseware architectures, and program delivery frameworks across the critical Asia-Pacific & Japan (APJ) region. Functioning as a principal link between core product engineering and external partners, you will empower global Sales Engineers (SEs) and implementation delivery teams to seamlessly sell, deploy, and support the entire Zscaler zero-trust portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner Enablement Content Architecture: Build, customize, and refresh technical curriculum, hands-on lab guides, and instructional media for partner Sales Engineering (SE) and product delivery functions.
  • APJ Regional Program Governance: Manage multi-national partner technical enablement operations across the APJ sector, systematically identifying enablement gaps and deploying targeted optimization strategies.
  • Partner Academy Infrastructure Maintenance: Govern learning journeys inside our dedicated Partner Academy platform, ensuring complete content accuracy and maintaining rigid platform changelogs.
  • Technical Cross-Functional Training: Author and deliver complex technical training sessions on cloud security architectures, zero-trust patterns, and network routing policies.
  • Stakeholder Relationship Alignment: Cultivate trusted alliances with internal regional channel managers, external partner executives, and product engineering stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Demonstrated professional tracking history operating within a technical enablement, partner enablement, technical field sales engineering, or solution architecture role.
  • Strong foundational background in enterprise computing networking principles, firewalls, and modern cloud security frameworks.
  • Proven capacity to independently produce deep technical documentation, slide content, architecture diagrams, and system reference modules.
  • Outstanding cross-functional communication mechanics, optimized to navigate a constructive, fast-paced corporate challenge culture.
  • Timezone & Travel Flexibility: Complete elasticity to operate across diverse international time zones and full eligibility to complete domestic and international travel pipelines.
  • Location Context: 100% remote-first workspace infrastructure flexibility open to qualified technical enablement specialists residing permanently within India.

Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)

  • Active industry-recognized systems networking certifications, with a definitive preference for a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or higher credential.
  • Comprehensive operational understanding of the enterprise B2B partner sales lifecycle, reseller distributions, and channels ecosystems.
