The Role

The HubSpot Go-to-Market Enablement team is looking for a strategic and execution-focused Program Manager to join our Global Programs team. This role is responsible for designing and leading high-impact enablement initiatives that drive business transformation across Sales and Customer Success.

Global Programs partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders to bridge business strategy and field execution. We own full program lifecycles—from scoping and strategy through delivery and evaluation—ensuring our enablement efforts are cohesive, scalable, and measurable across global markets.

This role will initially focus on supporting key pricing evolution pilots and global rollout initiatives, with opportunity to expand across additional strategic programs over time.

In this role, you’ll get to:

  • Own end-to-end management of global enablement programs, including scoping, planning, execution, measurement, and optimization.
  • Define clear, measurable outcomes aligned to GTM priorities and field performance.
  • Develop detailed program plans with milestones, dependencies, risk mitigation strategies, and communication cadences.
  • Partner cross-functionally across Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations to align enablement initiatives to evolving business needs.
  • Lead change management efforts that support adoption of new processes, motions, and strategic initiatives.
  • Translate complex business priorities into scalable learning strategies, tools, and activation plans for global audiences.
  • Collaborate with instructional design and field enablement partners to build high-quality, impactful learning experiences.
  • Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks to evaluate program effectiveness and inform continuous improvement.
  • Present program strategy, progress, risks, and outcomes to Director, VP+, and executive stakeholders.

We’re looking for people who have:

  • 7+ years of experience in Program Management, Enablement, Learning & Development, or related GTM roles within a SaaS or technology organization.
  • Proven ability to drive behavior change and adoption across revenue-facing teams.
  • Strong program management skills, including prioritization, stakeholder alignment, risk mitigation, and execution rigor.
  • Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives in a global environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentations.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience defining success metrics and measuring program impact.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience partnering with Sales and Customer Success teams to understand field workflows and needs

This role is ideal for a strategic program leader who thrives in high-visibility environments and enjoys translating complex business initiatives into scalable enablement programs that drive measurable impact.
