ABOUT THE ROLE

Procurify is seeking an ambitious, highly-organized and experienced design leader who thrives in a fast-paced setting and is ready to take the company’s design vision to the next level. This role requires both expertise and hands-on design execution, balancing day-to-day deliverables with longer-term design systems and strategic brand development. You’ll partner closely with Leadership, Product, and Revenue teams to ensure design contributes directly to pipeline growth, brand perception, and stays at the forefront of SaaS marketing design.

This role is ideal for a self-motivated senior designer with proven experience executing across various channels at a high level and familiarity with using AI-powered tools to unlock efficiency—without compromising craft or taste. You thrive in an iterative, scale-up environment and enjoy coaching more junior designers to solve creative problems that cut through noise and resonate with our buyer.

What you’ll do

• Design Strategy & Leadership: Define and steward the company’s design vision across product and brand in close partnership with the Product team.
• Develop and evolve design systems, style guides, and brand standards to ensure consistency and scalability across all experiences.
• Translate business and product goals into clear, actionable design strategies that drive measurable impact.
• Champion design excellence, accessibility, and user-centered thinking across the organization.

Execution & Delivery

• Own end-to-end design across marketing, product touchpoints, and customer communications, creating a cohesive experience across the entire customer journey.
• Ensure design work consistently reflects brand standards, business priorities, and best-in-class usability.
• Collaborate closely with Product, RevOps, Sales, CX, and CSM to bring integrated, high-impact experiences to life.
• Balance hands-on design work with guiding and managing external design partners.

Team & Process Development

• Mentor and provide feedback to the Senior Brand Designer, occasional contractors, and cross-functional collaborators.
• Establish workflows, tools, and review processes that support scalability and efficiency.
• Serve as the primary decision-maker on design quality and direction.
• Manage contractors and build out a design team as business needs evolve

What we’re looking for:

• 5–7 years of progressive design experience, including at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
• Experience designing within a B2B technology or SaaS environment (mid-market experience preferred).
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional design initiatives from concept through delivery.
• Experience mentoring designers and collaborating with contractors or external partners.
• Strong expertise in both UI/UX design and brand/visual communication.
• Deep understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and modern web/mobile best practices.
• Proficiency with industry-standard tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools), with familiarity using emerging AI-powered design tools.
• Ability to present and defend design concepts with senior stakeholders and leadership.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Collaborative mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
