Position Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical, meticulous Junior Sales Ops Admin (internally titled as Jr Sales Ops Admin) to join our core centralized Sales Operations collective in a full-time remote capacity across Mexico or Serbia. Built precisely as a launchpad program for individuals early in their career journey, this entry-level seat focuses on supporting the critical day-to-day transaction processing and order workflows of our U.S.-based cannabis clients. Shifting completely away from routine mechanical typing or passive administrative monitoring, you will receive hands-on technical training and direct mentorship from senior operators to claim individual accountability over specialized client accounts. This role requires an adaptable graduate or early-career specialist who manipulates data spreadsheets fluidly, communicates professionally in business-ready English under a strict 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST North American schedule, and moves with hustle to maintain error-free data synchronization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Standard Workflow and SOP Governance: Execute and maintain core sales enablement tasks and administrative pipelines in strict accordance with client-specific standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • B2B Wholesale Order Tracking: Process, cross-reference, and monitor complex transactional orders and inventory changes, utilizing Sales Representative alignment workflows to maintain supply chain visibility.
  • Analytical Data Hygiene and Validation: Clean, update, and validate daily sales registries and client account histories natively leveraging Spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) matrices to eliminate reporting discrepancies.
  • Operational Inefficiency Triage: Monitor live execution lines independently to identify and surface recurring database bugs, ordering bottlenecks, or delivery delays to senior team leaders.
  • Specialized Platform Mastery: Actively participate in intensive technical bootcamps to master B2B industry-specific tools, maintaining data cleanliness across LeafTrade software systems and GSuite drives.
  • Internal Knowledge Base Curation: Contribute to shared corporate communication channels, drafting clear step-by-step guides and internal reference notes inside team documentation repositories.
  • Cross-Border Strategic Collaboration: Work closely alongside distributed sales operations, finance, and external logistics cells to synchronize task updates seamlessly within high-speed Slack channels.
  • Client Experience Preservation: Keep client expectations stabilized, prioritizing accuracy and pacing to protect commercial fulfillment milestones from error-driven deal stalls.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Current enrollment in or recent graduation from an accredited university program specializing in Business Administration, Logistics, Economics, Marketing, or a related quantitative field.
  • Deep conceptual understanding of sales enablement funnels, CRM entry metrics, order tracking mechanisms, and data organization models.
  • Practical baseline experience constructing simple functions, sorting data pools, and applying conditional filters natively utilizing Spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets).
  • Familiarity navigating basic client databases, tracing order histories, and coordinating account attributes natively using Sales Representative support methodologies.
  • Corporate Linguistic and Shift Compliance: Professional bilingual fluency in English (ranging from B2 to C2 levels), with the absolute operational capacity to work a fixed 9 AM – 5 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hour schedule from your local home office.
  • Outstanding teamwork and problem-solving traits, showing an innate adaptability, resilience under tight deadlines, and intense eagerness to acquire new technical competencies.
  • Location Context: Position open exclusively to qualified entry-level candidates based permanently and resident within **Mexico** or **Serbia** to execute duties under a 100% remote layout.

Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)

  • Prior experience completing a professional internship or student work assignment within a corporate administrative, supply chain logistics, B2B helpdesk, or sales enablement environment.
  • Familiarity navigating cloud collaborative networks and communication hubs, highlighting hands-on familiarity using Slack, Google Workspace tools, or enterprise CRM apps.
  • An interest in learning the operational, regulatory, and financial mechanics governing the rapidly expanding U.S. commercial cannabis ecosystem.
  • An outcome-driven personal philosophy rooted in extreme attention to detail, a persistent drive to understand complex challenges deeply, and a desire to close communication loops without being chased.

What We Offer

  • The exceptional professional canvas to directly direct, shape, and manage the sales operations datasets and wholesale tracking networks power-routing back-office growth for high-performing U.S. enterprises.
  • Highly competitive, entry-calibrated full-time contract baseline compensation structures supplemented by performance-based incentive tracks.
  • Profound work-from-home remote parameters offering an elite remote-first philosophy, complete schedule trust, and zero physical geographic office commuting friction from any location in Mexico or Serbia.
  • A structured, milestone-driven professional training framework offering daily direct mentorship under veteran international operations experts.
  • Continuous skill acceleration pathways across modern digital logistics tracking tools, multi-tier big data processing templates, and cross-border client relationship coordination mechanics inside a rapidly expanding company.
