Responsibilities:
- Coordinate Auto Transports: Support the operations team by coordinating car transport services in a fast-paced and growing environment, ensuring smooth execution with compounds and drivers.
- Ad-Hoc Support: Provide ad hoc support to assist the operations team with various tasks as needed.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate with carriers, customers, and other partners to ensure seamless workflow and effective communication.
- Customer Communication: Handle phone communication with customers, ensuring their needs are met and providing excellent service throughout the process.
Requirements:
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and French
