Junior Investigation Analyst

About the Role: Panoptyc helps retailers detect theft using a combination of AI and human review across thousands of stores in the U.S. We are hiring a Junior Investigation Analyst to review transaction footage and identify potential theft. This is a fully remote, independent role with no meetings or live supervision, where success depends on your ability to stay consistent and accurate.

What You'll Do

• Review video footage of retail transactions to monitor for irregularities.
• Identify and flag potential theft using defined company guidelines.
• Accurately document findings in our system.
• Maintain consistent quality and productivity in a repetitive and detail-intensive environment.
• Work independently in a self-managed, performance-based workflow without live supervision or meetings.

What You Bring

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay focused for extended periods.
• Comfortable working independently without supervision.
• A reliable internet connection and computer.
• Bonus: Previous experience in QA, content moderation, or data review.
