What you can expect
- Preparation of data-driven analyses and research (market, competitors and target groups) to develop a sustainable strategic basis
- Deriving insights and recommendations to support the creation process
- Identification of innovative business areas, trends and technologies
- Close cooperation with colleagues in strategy, creation and implementation
What we'd love to see
- At least 2 years of professional experience in strategic planning or a multimedia agency
- A data-driven and user-centric mindset and approach
- Interest in AI tools and technologies in a marketing context
- Passion for conceptual ideas and digital ecosystem development
- First Experience in developing customer journeys, personas/mindsets and channel planning
- Own social/content analytics for (mostly) organic content (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn) and owned web: define KPIs, content frameworks, and benchmarks tied to business outcomes.
- Optional: Build and maintain automated, reliable dashboards (using tools like Looker Studio/Data Studio; GA4; and Sheets/Excel) that run on weekly/monthly/quarterly cadences and deliver clear management summaries.
- Team player and driver of innovative ideas, trends and new technologies
- Confidence in creating and delivering presentations
- Excellent German language skills are required, very good English skills are an advantage
