Purpose:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Business Analyst to join our Client Services team. You will work closely with Client Services stakeholders and IT to support day-to-day operations, help document business processes, and assist in analyzing and improving system functionality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with IT and Client Services teams to gather and document system enhancement requests.
- Assist in writing clear and concise business requirements and documenting them.
- Help analyze current business processes, identify areas for improvement, and translate business needs into action with support from our Strategic Operations Business Analyst.
- Support the creation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Assist in generating and analyzing reports using Excel, Salesforce, and Sigma to support team goals.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new system features and enhancements.
- Process administrative work including running skip traces and sending SMS blasts.
- Help develop and update training materials and assist with user training when needed.
- Provide general project support, including maintaining project timelines and tracking progress, and perform other administrative and analytical tasks as assigned.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and contribute to a team-oriented environment.
- Basic understanding of documenting processes and using flowcharting tools (e.g., Lucidchart or similar).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Exposure to Salesforce, Sigma, or similar reporting tools is a plus.
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 1 year or more of experience in a business analysis, operations, or project coordination role is preferred.
- Exposure to tools such as Salesforce, Azure DevOps, or Lucidchart is a plus.
Language Ability:
- Must be able to read, write, and speak fluent English.
Physical Demands:
- This job requires remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods.
