Junior Android Engineer (Kotlin Multiplatform)

360Learning is a leading collaborative learning platform (LMS) used by 1,700 organizations worldwide. We are looking for a Junior Android Developer to join our 9-person mobile team. This is a rare chance to work on a best-in-class mobile solution where 80% of the codebase is already migrated to Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP). You will start with Android and have the opportunity to learn KMP and iOS (SwiftUI) in the mid-to-long term.

Key Responsibilities

• Development: Implement tickets and features for a platform with 2.3 million registered users.
• Quality: Participate in decentralized peer reviews and write automated tests for every PR, focusing on clean, modular architecture.
• Learning: Gain skills on our modern stack (KMP, Jetpack Compose) and share best practices within the team.
• Growth: Evolve from handling small tickets to working on complex cross-functional features and architectural changes over 9-12 months.

Requirements

• Experience: 0.5 - 2 years of experience in native Android development.
• Tech Interest: Strong interest in learning and developing for Kotlin Multiplatform and iOS.
• Algorithmic Skill: You are comfortable with algorithms and problem-solving.
• Language: Fluent in English (B2 level or equivalent).
• Mindset: You thrive in a scale-up environment with strong performance challenges and are enthusiastic about our "Convexity" culture.
