Junior Account Manager Oceania

About the Role: RateHawk is a pioneering travel-tech company spanning over 220 markets worldwide. As a Junior Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and developing relationships with our clients (tour operators, travel agencies, OTAs) and consolidating our presence in the assigned territory.

What You'll Do

• Expand and consolidate presence in the assigned territory and develop relationships with signed partners to increase their performance.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities.
• Address incident issues, provide system training to partners, and oversee payments control for accuracy.
• Provide market and competitive environment analysis along with regular comprehensive reporting.

What You Bring

• 1+ years of experience in the travel industry, specifically in account management or business development for B2B travel companies.
• A proactive, ambitious, and results-focused mindset with an appetite for innovative technology.
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making and an international mindset to work across diverse cultural contexts.
• Readiness for business trips (20–30% of working time might be required for market visits).
