Position Overview

We are seeking a highly sophisticated, data-minded Java Developer (TDM) to join our core global Engineering division in a full-time remote capacity within Spain. In this highly technical server-side seat, you will assume direct individual accountability for designing, maintaining, and scaling enterprise Java applications operating natively inside Test Data Management (TDM) environments. Moving far beyond abstract template coding, you will act as a primary technical unblocker, integrating high-throughput data solutions with relational database frameworks and managing complete software lifecycles across analysis, development, testing, and continuous deployment lines. This high-agency role demands a seasoned back-end developer who demonstrates deep J2EE proficiency, writes secure code using advanced static analysis tools, and collaborates smoothly with functional analysts to translate strict business requirements into robust, scalable product experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Enterprise Application Development: Architect, build, and maintain high-performance, quality software modules inside active Test Data Management (TDM) environments natively utilizing Java and Spring Boot.
• Relational Data Integration: Structure, test, and expand resilient data access layers and connection pools connecting backend services to enterprise Oracle Databases via JDBC and J2EE architectures.
• Linguistic Application Localization: Cooperate cross-functionally across multi-disciplinary squads, utilizing high-level language proficiencies to deliver technical playbooks and design documents in both fluent Spanish and corporate English.
• Rigorous CI/CD Instrumentation: Operate, customize, and maintain automated software compiler pipelines and version tracking scripts natively using Git, GitHub, and Jenkins.
• Code Quality & Security Gates: Harden continuous integration workflows by implementing strict security compliance and technical quality controls via SonarQube and Fortify static scanning engines.
• Full-Lifecycle Software Delivery: Claim end-to-end operational ownership across all phases of the development ring, including baseline technical analysis, test coverage execution, and agile refactoring iterations.
• Basic Frontend Interface Support: Code minor client-facing components and optimize straightforward presentation layer layouts as needed using basic JavaScript and HTML structures.
• Asynchronous Dependency Management: Configure, automate, and organize complex project object models, compilation targets, and dependency trees natively utilizing Maven.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of verified professional history running advanced Java software engineering, backend microservices development, or distributed enterprise database architecture delivery.
• Deep, authoritative technical command writing secure code natively inside Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, and JDBC application environments.
• Hands-on operational experience executing relational data mutations, index tuning, and database scripts inside Oracle Database clusters.
• Demonstrated experience configuring and managing continuous integration utilities, specifically Git, GitHub, and Jenkins servers.
• Practical operational familiarity applying code hygiene tools and application security scanners (such as SonarQube or Fortify).
• Proven baseline experience handling fundamental web presentation components natively using basic JavaScript and HTML.
• Linguistic Mandatory Restraints: Excellent communication mechanics featuring an advanced professional command of the Spanish language (minimum C1 level) alongside a solid operational command of the English language (minimum B1 level).
