IT & Systems Operations Analyst

About the Role: We're looking for a detail-obsessed, systems-driven, and highly analytical Technology Operations Analyst who thrives on solving complex system issues. This is not a help desk role; you'll sit at the core of the business, supporting the systems that power order flow, inventory, and financial data across NetSuite, Shopify, Amazon, and 3PL partners.

What You'll Do

• Monitor integration workflows in Celigo and resolve errors across NetSuite, Shopify, Amazon, and 3PL systems.
• Diagnose failures using logs, mappings, and API responses, escalating complex issues with clear root-cause analysis.
• Manage NetSuite operations, building saved searches, reports, and dashboards while maintaining data hygiene.
• Support SaaS and internal systems by provisioning accounts, managing access controls, and handling internal support tickets.
• Document processes, create runbooks, and assist with MDM enrollment and security compliance.

What You Bring

• 1–3 years of experience in ERP, systems operations, or IT support.
• Hands-on NetSuite experience (non-negotiable).
• Basic understanding of APIs, data flows, system integrations, and ticketing systems.
• Experience with at least one SaaS admin environment (Google Workspace, Slack, Shopify, etc.).
• Bonus: Experience with Celigo, Workato, Boomi, EDI workflows, SSO/SAML, MDM tools, or basic scripting (Python).
