It Support Analyst (Azure/Avd)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Analyst with experience in Azure and AVD to join our remote team. This role will involve providing technical assistance and resolving issues for our users across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first and second-level technical support for IT-related issues.
• Manage and troubleshoot Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments.
• Assist users with software, hardware, and network problems.
• Document support procedures and resolutions.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in IT support.
• Familiarity with Azure services and AVD is highly preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
