IT Associate / Senior IT Associate

About the Role: Coefficient Giving (formerly Open Philanthropy) is a philanthropic funder and advisor. We are hiring IT Associates and a Senior IT Associate to maintain our IT infrastructure, provide technical support, and ensure the smooth operation of our internal helpdesk in a fully remote, macOS environment.

What You'll Do

• Provide technical support to staff, resolving IT issues promptly to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Maintain IT infrastructure in a fully macOS environment, ensuring the stability and reliability of our systems.
• Implement and maintain security measures, including device management and cloud security.
• Manage organization-owned Mac laptops, enforce MDM policies, and oversee mobile device management.
• Identify and implement productivity-enhancing technologies and coordinate with external vendors.

What You Bring

• At least 3–5 years of experience in IT support or a similar role (for the Senior role, 2+ years of management experience is expected).
• Intensely detail-oriented with the ability to track and update system configurations without mistakes.
• Cheerful and patient demeanor while helping others with technical issues, viewing internal stakeholders as customers.
• Comfort navigating sensitive conversations around IT issues and handling confidential information.
• Bonus: Experience with security tooling, business app building, workflow migration, and managing Google Cloud infrastructure.

• Total compensation ranging from $130,525 (IT Associate) to $155,825 (Senior IT Associate) for US hires, including base salary and 401(k) grant.
