As an Interview Engineer, you will create inclusive hiring processes by mitigating bias, improving hiring signals, and completing objective evaluations.

What You'll Do

• Facilitate technical interviews through Karat's platform, ensuring an enjoyable candidate experience.
• Evaluate a candidate's fundamental coding skills, technical knowledge, coding style, and communication.
• Collaborate with Karat to test content, processes, and products.
• Help companies hire and manage teams by completing objective evaluations.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience as a Software Developer or Engineer.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and oral) with a high level of professionalism.
• Reliable access to a working webcam, microphone, and a stable Internet connection.
• Experience conducting technical interviews (e.g., data structures, algorithms) is highly preferred.
