Installation Strategist

About the Role: Motive empowers the people who run physical operations with tools to make their work safer, more productive, and more profitable. As an Installation Strategist, you will play a crucial role in how Motive sells and delivers technical engagements during the pre-sales process. You will partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to present solutions, assist with change management, and support the successful implementation of telematics solutions.

What You'll Do

• Partner closely with the Sales and Customer Success teams to identify new business opportunities and deliver compelling solutions.
• Create and deliver customer-centric solutions, including prospect presentations and RFP responses.
• Work directly with clients to guide them through change management during the implementation of telematics solutions.
• Own the operational handoff to Implementation Consultants and Project Managers to enable seamless delivery.
• Collaborate with the Post Sales Operations team to maintain and update sales collateral and resources.

What You Bring

• 3-5 years of experience in Professional Services, SaaS solutions, or a similar field focusing on customer engagement.
• Technical acumen to understand solutions and present complex concepts in a clear, compelling manner.
• Demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships and assist with change management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the adaptability to work during US business hours.
• Bonus: Experience in the trucking, logistics, or related industries is an advantage.
