Inside Sales Representative (East)

Job Description

About the Role: We are seeking sales professionals who will be responsible for sales activities, management, and growth of TP-Link B2B reseller and Solution X partners. You will work within the sales, marketing, technical, and support teams for the achievement of specific territory sales goals.

What your future looks like

  • Sales Activities: Engage in direct sales with active/potential resellers, partners and end customers. Responsibilities will include making cold and warm calls to uncover opportunities within the channel.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with technology partners to drive sales and growth.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies with partners to achieve or exceed revenue targets. Initiate the sales cycle from market research, lead generation and client onboarding.
  • Pipeline Creation: Primary driver of end-user leads with channel partners.
  • Sales Operations: Oversee the sales process, which includes lead follow-up, pipeline management, and forecasting.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze sales data using CRM tools to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's Degree.
  • Minimum of 2 years of related inside sales experience.
  • Background and/or understanding in the Technology Channel and related technologies (i.e. Networking, Security, Telecom, Managed IT service, etc.) strongly preferred.
  • Candidate must live in one of the following states: NY, VT, ME, NH, MA, RI, CT, PA, WV, VA, NJ, DE, TN, NC, GA, SC, AR, LA, MS, AL, FL.
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/Salesforce experience preferred.

  • Compensation: $50,000-$65,000 base + monthly sales commissions (OTE structured as 60% base pay with 40% variable).
