About the Role: Nextech is a leader in specialty healthcare technology solutions. We are looking for an Inside Sales Manager to propel revenue by engaging existing customers, processing add-on orders, and leveraging upsell opportunities. You will drive growth with compelling presentations and end-to-end deal management.
What You'll Do
- Identify, uncover, and close sales opportunities within the existing customer base to drive growth and expansion.
- Deliver in-depth presentations and demos of add-on products to secure new deals.
- Manage inside sales deals from proposal to close, including proactive negotiation of final terms.
- Pursue marketing-generated leads to development and finalize inside sales.
- Prepare and present weekly/monthly sales forecasts and conduct account analysis with the client success team.
What You Bring
- At least 3 years of experience in inside sales with a solid record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
- Bachelor's degree and proficiency using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to influence others and secure sales.
- Data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously.
