Influencer Marketing Specialist

About the Role: As an Influencer Marketing Specialist, you will take ownership of end-to-end beauty and K-beauty campaigns, working closely with both brands and creators to deliver high-performing, product-driven content. This is a fully remote role for candidates based in South Korea or Thailand.

What You'll Do

• Support end-to-end delivery of influencer campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Identify, source, and evaluate high-performing beauty and K-beauty creators.
• Lead outreach, negotiate rates, usage rights, and paid media terms to secure partnerships.
• Contribute ideas for content angles and ensure creator content is authentic and showcases visible product results.
• Analyze campaign performance (views, engagement, CPM, conversion signals) and build long-term relationships with brand partners.

What You Bring

• 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or social media marketing.
• Strong experience within the beauty, skincare, or K-beauty industry.
• Deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram beauty content formats.
• Fluent English and strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Bonus: Korean language (business proficiency) and existing relationships with beauty or K-beauty creators.
