About the Role: Fresh Prints is the largest collegiate custom apparel company in America. Our audience lives on TikTok and Instagram, following campus mini-celebs and Greek life content. We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to lead our effort in developing a robust influencer strategy, identifying high-fit creators, and building genuine relationships that drive quantifiable brand impact and orders.

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain a tiered influencer roster (nano to macro) deeply embedded in sorority, fraternity, and collegiate social media spaces.
  • Develop and execute campaign plans around key brand moments like recruitment season, homecoming, formals, and philanthropy events.
  • Create compelling creative briefs that ensure on-brand content without micromanaging creator authenticity.
  • Manage the entire influencer pipeline: discovery, outreach, contracting, product seeding, and content review.
  • Negotiate rates, deliverables, and usage rights fairly while optimizing the marketing budget.
  • Track campaign performance and build a metrics framework to evaluate long-term influencer ROI.

What You Bring

  • 2–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or a closely related field.
  • Deep familiarity with TikTok and Instagram culture—you follow creators and understand what content performs.
  • Proven experience managing influencer campaigns end-to-end, from discovery to performance reporting.
  • Experience negotiating rates and usage rights with creators.
  • Strong creative judgment and the ability to identify high-fit creators for the Fresh Prints brand.
  • Bonus: Experience with or a strong understanding of the Greek life/collegiate audience.
