Your primary mission will be to qualify inbound leads, understand their unique needs, and articulate how Hire Hangar can provide exceptional value, ultimately scheduling discovery calls for our Account Executives. This position offers a fantastic entry point into the world of sales for individuals eager to learn and grow within a supportive, high-performance environment. ## Key Responsibilities * **Lead Qualification:** Engage with inbound leads promptly via email, phone, and LinkedIn to understand their business challenges and determine if they are a good fit for Hire Hangar's solutions. * **Discovery & Needs Analysis:** Conduct initial discovery conversations to uncover potential clients' pain points, strategic objectives, and hiring needs, demonstrating a deep understanding of our offerings. * **Meeting Scheduling:** Successfully schedule qualified meetings and product demonstrations for Account Executives, ensuring a smooth handoff and robust pipeline. * **CRM Management:** Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions and lead statuses within our CRM system (e.g., Salesforce), ensuring data integrity and contributing to effective pipeline management. * **Collaboration:** Work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to optimize lead generation strategies, refine messaging, and improve conversion rates. * **Continuous Learning:** Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and Hire Hangar's evolving service portfolio to effectively communicate value propositions, enhancing your expertise and contribution to the team. ## What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced, remote environment.
