Job Description
About the Role: At Twilio, we're shaping the future of communications. We are seeking a Director, HR Business Partner (HRBP), Global Sales to serve as the single-threaded HR leader for our Global Sales Organization. You will partner with global and regional sales leaders to drive the people strategy for a book of business currently at $4B, scaling teams, strengthening performance, and enabling operational excellence.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the trusted HR advisor to the SVP Global Sales and leadership team to shape talent strategies.
- Develop a deep understanding of Twilio's sales models to forecast talent needs and guide workforce planning.
- Provide data-driven recommendations on organizational design, talent allocation, and leadership development.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to shape pipeline health and lead succession planning and retention strategies.
- Leverage AI and data to bring proactive insights, translate complex data into clear narratives, and guide organizational change.
What You Bring
- 10+ years of HRBP or equivalent experience in fast-moving, global, high-growth organizations (ideally SaaS/CPaaS).
- Deep domain expertise in Sales or Sales Tech, with a sophisticated understanding of sales motions and revenue levers.
- Executive presence and the ability to navigate complex transformations with empathy and clarity.
- High level of curiosity and practical experience using AI tools to inform strategy and forecast capability gaps.
