About the Role: CoverGo is a leading global no-code insurance platform for health, life, and P&C, empowering companies to make insurance 100% digital. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR & Culture Intern to join our HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a student or recent graduate looking to gain practical experience in a dynamic, international, and fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
- Assist in developing and implementing employee engagement initiatives and programs.
- Support HR in gathering and analyzing employee feedback through surveys and focus groups.
- Coordinate team-building activities and events to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Assist in the organization of onboarding programs to enhance new employee experiences.
- Collaborate with different departments to promote a culture of inclusion and diversity.
What You Bring
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a recent graduate.
- Must be based in the Philippines.
- Strong organizational, time management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and a proactive, eager-to-learn attitude.
