Home-Based Graphic Designer

DCX is a leading BPO assisting US-based small and medium businesses in the Promotional Products industry. They are looking for a Home-Based Graphic Designer to assist clients in creating creative solutions with high visual impact. You will create logos, pre-production artwork, and website mockups while strictly adhering to brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Asset Creation: Create logos, innovative artwork, and develop pre-production artwork.
• Vector & Redraws: Create item templates and redraw items using specifications and photos (Converting low-res images to vector is common in this industry).
• Layout & Mockups: Engage in typesetting, layout design, and design website mockups with compelling images.
• Photo Editing: Edit photos to enhance visuals and ensure brand consistency.
• Brand Compliance: Maintain brand standards while exploring creative possibilities.

Requirements

• Experience: 1-3 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
• Software Skills: Proficient with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Industry Knowledge: Understanding of product packaging, corporate identity, and multimedia design.
• Schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time.
