About the Role: inBeat is a performance creative agency building the UGC, statics, and motion creative that drives results for top brands. We are looking for a Head Of Performance Creative to own creative strategy, UGC, statics, video, and motion end-to-end across our roster, and lead the team that delivers it.

What You'll Do

• Lead the full performance creative function, setting the bar for taste, speed, and outcomes across every asset and channel.
• Manage and grow a team of senior leads across Creative Strategy, Design, Video, and UGC.
• Build frameworks for testing, iteration, learning, and creative development that scale.
• Mine insights from Motion, Foreplay, and Meta Ads Manager to break the silo between paid media and creative.
• Serve as the senior review layer catching structural, brief, and copy issues early before client delivery.

What You Bring

• 8+ years in performance creative, ideally at a top-tier UGC, paid social, or DR creative shop.
• 4+ years leading creative teams of 10+ people, with experience growing second-line leaders.
• Track record on Meta and TikTok performance creative, managing UGC and statics that have scaled to material spend.
• Deep fluency in Motion, Foreplay, and Meta Ads Manager.
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills with perfectly fluent written and spoken English.
