Role Summary

We are not seeking a traditional corporate administrator. We need a tactical "Command Center" Leader embedded within our Operations division to oversee the high-stakes front lines of our global business. You will take complete ownership of our distributed Customer Support and transactional Withdrawal teams, ensuring that our 24/7 global execution engine runs with absolute surgical precision, total security compliance, and premium player satisfaction metrics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Front-Line Command: Lead, mentor, and actively scale global Customer Support and Withdrawal/Payment processing squads across multiple international shifts.
  • Operational Architecture: Design and optimize global "Handover Protocols" to preserve 100% operational throughput across varying time zones 7 days a week.
  • High-Value Transaction Oversight: Serve as the final point of escalation for high-value transactional payment queues, ensuring zero-exception adherence to on-chain wallet security protocols.
  • Friction Optimization: Audit recursive platform issues within internal tools like Linear and Ashby, architecting permanent operational fixes to eliminate system bottlenecks.
  • Performance Analytics: Manage and scale tracking metrics focused on throughput volumes, withdrawal resolution speeds, error rates, and team ROI metrics.
  • Strategic Staffing: Partner closely alongside People & Culture teams to source, onboard, and train elite operational specialists ahead of user base surges.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Battle-tested leadership background managing decentralized, 24/7 cross-border operations within high-growth FinTech, crypto, or mission-critical logistics sectors.
  • Web3 Literacy: Complete native familiarity with on-chain mechanics, smart contract interactions, digital asset parameters (USDC/USDT), and wallet security configurations.
  • Systems Thinker: Innate capacity to view operational friction through systematic "flows" and translate complex support scenarios into streamlined automated protocols.
  • Hyper-Availability: Commitment to an on-call framework 7 days a week to comfortably handle transactional surges, system updates, and high-value escalations.
  • Data-obsessed mindset with proven success using analytical tracking tools rather than intuitive feelings to drive resource allocations.
  • Highly self-motivated and organized structure to govern an international network without losing track of a single player experience detail.
  • Geographic Scope: Fully remote opportunity open to candidates residing within: Canada, Argentina, Brazil, Bulgaria, Colombia, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Mexico, Philippines, Poland, Romania, or Ukraine.
