Job Description

About the Role: We are seeking a hands-on, technical Head of Marketing with a strong B2B SaaS background and deep knowledge of the commercial side of the music industry. You'll lead our small but agile marketing team at a pivotal moment, owning the full marketing motion from awareness through to conversion, retention, and expansion across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise accounts. This isn't a role for someone who directs from a distance — you'll need to be just as comfortable setting direction as you are getting into the detail.

What You'll Do

  • Apply deep knowledge of the music industry to shape positioning and marketing efforts for key segments (supervisors, labels, publishers, managers, promo, and artists).
  • Coach, develop, and lead a dynamic marketing team in a player-coach capacity to drive growth in North America and beyond.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies focusing on demand generation and enterprise marketing campaigns.
  • Build and own the attribution and measurement framework to give visibility into pipeline and retention drivers.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Revenue Operations, Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to optimize conversions, positioning, and activation.
  • Oversee compelling content creation, marketing campaigns, and drive partnership marketing efforts to bolster brand visibility.
  • Steward the brand across events, foster a community of ambassadors to drive user-generated content, and manage external marketing/PR agencies.

What You Bring

  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in marketing leadership with significant experience in B2B SaaS.
  • Solid understanding of the commercial side of the Music Industry (labels, publishers, distributors, sync agencies, and rights holders).
  • Demonstrated technical skills leading and implementing martech.
  • Familiarity with ABM tools and enterprise go-to-market motions, including multi-stakeholder buying cycles.
  • Expertise in marketing automation, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms.
  • Proven track record in driving customer acquisition, retention, and expansion.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary in a fast-growing startup.
  • 100% remote work flexibility with contributions to Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance.
  • Four weeks of paid vacation leave, paid bank/public holidays, and two weeks of paid sick leave.
  • Paid Parental Leave and a company laptop.
  • Monthly internet allowance, office set-up allowance, and an annual learning & development allowance.

Safety First

  • Never pay for a job application.
  • Do not share sensitive bank info.
  • Verify the client before starting work.
