GTM Engineer

As a Go-to-Market (GTM) Engineer, you will be responsible for building the systems and infrastructure that power scalable outbound growth. You will combine technical problem-solving, market research, and automation to identify high-fit prospects and enable highly personalized outreach at scale.

What You'll Do

• Define and continuously refine ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and develop account scoring models using firmographic and behavioral signals.
• Build workflows to transform raw market data into prioritized target account lists using web signals and enrichment tools.
• Design and execute outbound strategies across email, LinkedIn, and other channels with highly personalized messaging logic.
• Build and maintain automated workflows across data sources, CRMs, and outreach tools by integrating APIs.
• Launch experiments quickly, test targeting hypotheses, and iterate based on performance data.

What You Bring

• 2–6 years of experience in growth, marketing, RevOps, automation, or technical roles.
• Strong ability to break down ambiguous problems and translate them into structured, scalable GTM systems.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools, APIs, data workflows, or scripting.
• Clear understanding of outbound fundamentals, including targeting, messaging, sequencing, and conversion dynamics.
