Position Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical, metrics-driven Growth Marketing Manager to join our core centralized marketing division in a full-time remote capacity across the United States. Functioning as the primary technical pipeline engine for our business, you will step up to claim individual strategic operational accountability for generating measurable pipeline from both new logo acquisitions and account expansions. Shifting completely away from routine lead volume reporting or passive administrative tracking, you will run toward absolute revenue accountability. This position requires an enterprise SaaS marketing veteran with 4 to 6 years of professional history who manages multi-channel demand generation programs fluidly natively using Lead Generation tactics, builds automated nurture logic patterns smoothly natively using Email Marketing configurations inside HubSpot, and structures complex data dashboards confidently to capture full-funnel attribution tracks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Multi-Channel Demand Generation Architecture: Design, implement, and govern robust B2B demand generation programs targeting enterprise retail and CPG buyers across the entire lifecycle, moving targets cleanly from awareness to pipeline verification natively utilizing Lead Generation frameworks.
  • Paid Media Budget Allocation and Optimization: Oversee and execute tactical paid media ad campaigns across LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, and programmatic display loops, tuning bids against rigid customer acquisition cost (CAC) and conversion limits.
  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Execution: Partner with Sales units to run targeted account campaigns, orchestrating multi-touch sequencing, account selection logic, and custom sales alignments to convert single-module users onto the connected platform.
  • Marketing Automation System Governance: Serve as the primary operational authority for HubSpot CRM workflows, building and auditing complex lifecycle stages, dynamic nurturing sequences, and lead scoring matrices natively leveraging Email Marketing configurations.
  • External Agency Retainer Management: Direct and hold external digital partners accountable to strict performance metrics, collaborating closely with WebFX assets to continuously test and scale search engine optimization (SEO) tracks.
  • Real-Time Revenue Telemetry Dashboards: Build and maintain automated real-time reporting dashboards tracking critical weekly pipeline metrics—specifically charting MQL, SQL, Sourced Pipeline, and Influenced Revenue indicators for executive leadership.
  • Data-Driven Lead Hand-Off Processing: Refine and enforce strict lead lifecycle processes and definitions, implementing service level agreements (SLAs) with core Sales cells to guarantee clean lead transition hygiene.
  • Event-Driven Pipeline Acceleration: Drive event-based demand generation loops tied to major industry trade shows, corporate-hosted web broadcasts, and proprietary retail marketing activations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 4 to 6 years of verified professional history running commercial B2B demand generation, growth marketing engineering, performance media buying, account-based marketing (ABM) optimization, or acquisition analytics consulting.
  • Deep, authoritative technical command of product monetization lifecycles, full-funnel marketing metrics, digital attribution tracking, multi-touch sequencing, and customer data segmentation patterns.
  • Expert-tier background launching enterprise-grade marketing automations, cleaning data schemas, and mapping customer journeys natively utilizing Email Marketing platforms (specifically requiring hands-on, admin-level command of HubSpot software).
  • Practical operational familiarity configuring digital advertising architectures, managing programmatic ad networks, and deploying search indicators natively using Lead Generation engines (including LinkedIn and Google Ads manager tools).
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating with core sales cells to execute multi-touch account-based sequencing with highly measurable financial outcomes.
  • Outstanding verbal, written, and project management communication traits in business-fluent English, enabling uncompromised clarity when presenting analytical performance data directly to senior executive boards.
  • Location Context and Work Clearance: Position open exclusively to qualified growth professionals based permanently and resident within the United States who possess full baseline authorization to operate without requiring current or future employer visa sponsorship.
