Growth Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to design and execute strategies across the full funnel—from acquisition to retention.

Key Responsibilities:

• User Growth & Activation: Design and execute growth strategies across the full funnel (Acquisition → Activation → Trading → Retention).
• Campaign Leadership: Lead major growth initiatives, incentive programs, and targeted messaging for different user segments.
• Product-Led Growth: Partner with Product & Design to improve onboarding, trading UX, and identify growth levers like referrals and gamification.
• Data-Driven Iteration: Continuously iterate based on data, not opinions; define metrics and judge experiment results effectively.
• Collaboration: Work cross-functionally to generate data insights and amplify marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3–6+ years of experience in growth marketing, preferably in Crypto, DeFi, or Trading platforms.
• Data Literacy: Strong ability to work with dashboards, cohorts, and funnels. You must be comfortable defining metrics and analyzing results.
• Track Record: Proven history of driving measurable growth—not just running campaigns.
• Mindset: High ownership, fast execution, and a bias toward action.
