Growth Marketer (Social & Influencer)

We are looking for a Growth Marketer to own our social presence, influencer partnerships, and product marketing, shaping how the world discovers Blink.

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Ownership: Own our presence across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, and LinkedIn, creating and publishing content that drives awareness and signups.
• Influencer Marketing: Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with creators in the tech, no-code, and entrepreneurship spaces.
• Product Marketing: Translate product capabilities into compelling narratives; support launches, write copy, and develop positioning.
• Strategy & Experiments: Run growth experiments across channels, measure what works, and double down on winners.
• Direct Impact: Work directly with the CEO to shape the company's most important growth levers.

Requirements

• Experience: 3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or short-form content creation.
• Track Record: Proven track record of growing audiences or driving measurable results.
• Content Skills: Strong written communication and creative instincts; comfortable building strategies from scratch.
• Environment: Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, remote startup environment.

• Personal Brand: Your own Instagram Reels/TikTok account with 5,000+ followers or a YouTube channel with 1,000+ subscribers.
• Industry: Experience in developer tools, AI, or B2B SaaS.
