Job Description
About the Role: TradingView is the world's largest financial analysis platform. We are seeking a high-impact Growth Manager to lead partnership-driven growth across Brazil. This role sits at the intersection of business development, partnerships, and go-to-market strategy, with a mandate to expand our presence across brokers, exchanges, fintech platforms, and crypto ecosystems.
What You'll Do
- Own the end-to-end partnership lifecycle from sourcing and pitching to onboarding and scaling.
- Develop outbound client pipelines and manage inbound client partnership requests.
- Propose partner pitches and approach partnerships from a consultative mindset.
- Collect customer feedback, own a rigorous test and learn methodology, and build brand recognition.
What You Bring
- Professional experience in financial markets, trading platforms, and brokerage ecosystems.
- Proven track record in B2B business development or sales.
- Full professional proficiency in English and Portuguese.
- Familiarity with CRMs, web applications, HTML5, GitHub, and JavaScript.
- Bonus: Experience in the finance/trading domain and familiarity with TradingView.
