About the Opportunity

We are looking for a driven and execution-focused Growth Manager to scale one of our most strategic LATAM markets. This role combines VIP relationship management, growth execution, and educational content to drive measurable increases in trading activity, retention, and user growth. If you understand trader behavior and thrive in fast-paced, high-impact environments, this is an opportunity to build and own a key market.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own and grow our presence in LATAM, one of our highest-priority markets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with high-value (VIP) traders, ensuring consistent engagement and quarterly touchpoints.
  • Develop and execute growth initiatives that increase Daily Active Traders (DAT), trading volume, and retention.
  • Create and publish educational content (including long-form video) focused on trading strategies, market insights, and product education.
  • Plan and execute high-impact events tailored to experienced traders and high-net-worth users.
  • Track and analyze the performance of campaigns, content, and events to ensure ROI and avoid overspending.
  • Support product launches and local activation strategies in LATAM.
  • Act as the local market voice, sharing insights and feedback with cross-functional teams.

What We Look For In You

  • Experience in crypto, Web3, fintech, or trading platforms.
  • Strong understanding of trader behavior and the LATAM crypto market.
  • Proven track record of executing initiatives that drove measurable growth (users, engagement, volume, retention).
  • Experience engaging high-value clients or VIP users.
  • Comfortable speaking publicly and/or creating on-camera content.
  • Analytical mindset — able to define KPIs and measure conversion impact.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-execution environment.
  • Based in Mexico (Mexico City preferred).
  • Fluent Spanish and professional English proficiency.

  • Existing network within Mexico’s crypto or trading ecosystem.
  • Experience organizing trading-focused events or meetups.
  • Exposure to broader LATAM markets.
