Growth Lead - Trading Product (Convert)

Binance is looking for a Business Growth Lead to own and execute the growth strategy for our trading products, specifically Binance Convert. This is an individual contributor role offering immediate ownership with the potential to grow into leading the entire product business line. You will work closely with Product, Marketing, and Data teams to drive acquisition, engagement, and retention for a platform trusted by 280 million people.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & KPIs: Define KPIs and user/business growth goals for the Convert trading product; build and execute the roadmap to hit them.
• Data-Driven Execution: Monitor core dashboards daily; translate insights into action plans and measurable experiments (comfortable owning metrics).
• Growth Initiatives: Design promotions, campaigns, and lifecycle programs to acquire and retain users, coordinating execution with regional teams.
• Product Optimization: Partner with Product Managers and engineers to launch new features, using competitor research and user feedback to prioritize impact.
• Operations: Ensure smooth day-to-day business operations from planning to post-launch review.

Requirements

• Experience: 3-6 years of experience in growth, business operations, or growth marketing in retail-facing fintech, trading, or internet products.
• Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial products and trading basics; Crypto/Exchange knowledge is preferred.
• Technical Skills: Highly data-driven and proficient in Excel + SQL (able to partner effectively with analysts).
• Mindset: Ownership mindset with strong business sense and the ability to influence cross-functional priorities.
• Creative: Hands-on in designing content, events, and new growth levers.
