Group Finance Manager, English Speaker (Remote)

About the Role: Learnlight is an EdTech company passionate about putting trainers at the heart of the learning experience to deliver life-changing impact. As a Group Finance Manager, you'll have a direct impact on leading the monthly group consolidation and management reporting process for an international, UK-headquartered group, ensuring robust financial controls and high-quality data.

What You'll Do

• Lead group consolidation and month-end close across multiple international entities.
• Own group management reporting, delivering high-quality monthly reporting packs for senior leadership, Board, and Lenders.
• Oversee group-level accounting and controls, including intercompany eliminations, FX, and complex technical accounting areas.
• Support group tax and transfer pricing activities, and drive finance process improvements and transformation using ERP systems.

What You Bring

• A recognized accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with strong technical accounting expertise.
• Advanced level of English and proven experience in group consolidation within a multi-entity, international environment.
• Strong understanding of financial controls, compliance, and accounting standards.
• Exposure to international tax, transfer pricing, and finance transformation/ERP systems (e.g., MS Dynamics).
