GRC Analyst

About the Role: Juniper Square is on a mission to unlock the full potential of private markets by bringing efficiency, transparency, and access to the financial ecosystem. We are seeking a GRC Analyst to support the organization's GRC program, including third-party risk management. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to build scalable, right-sized risk processes compliant with applicable laws and customer commitments.

What You'll Do

• Conduct vendor and contractor risk assessments during onboarding and perform annual vendor monitoring.
• Triage incoming technical security requests for vendor applications/system integrations and route to appropriate teams.
• Work with cross-functional teams to procure controls evidence for external auditors and monitor compliance control health.
• Update policies and procedures annually, manage incoming policy exceptions, and address key risk areas.
• Develop and implement role-specific security and privacy training modules.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, engineering, business, risk management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of security/GRC experience, including substantial experience with vendor security risk management and audits.
• Direct experience, knowledge, and understanding of major security frameworks, regulations, and standards such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001.
• Experience developing and maintaining scalable GRC processes and partnering collaboratively to implement TPRM.
• Bonus: Prior experience with major GRC software solutions.
