Graphic Designer (Brand & Motion)

Revolut, a global financial super app with 65+ million customers, is looking for a Graphic Designer to drive brand processes from discovery to delivery. Design at Revolut is about balancing creativity with deep attention to detail. You will create documentation, design systems, and visual guidelines while pushing the brand's expectations higher.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Systems: Own and create documentation, design systems, and brand guidelines to ensure consistency.
• Visual & Motion: Deliver creative visual assets and motion design that bring the brand to life.
• Conceptualization: Create mood boards, scamps, storyboards, and animatics to communicate ideas effectively to stakeholders.
• End-to-End Ownership: Own projects from concept through completion, managing multiple deadlines simultaneously.
• Collaboration: Work with Product, Marketing, and internal teams to deliver the best solutions.

Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years of experience as a graphic designer, specifically in branding environments.
• Portfolio: Outstanding online portfolio demonstrating success in creating compelling visual brand systems.
• Skills: Impressive skills across creative design, motion graphics, typography, and art direction.
• Tools: Expertise with Adobe Creative Cloud and prototyping tools like Figma and Miro.
• Leadership: Experience leading a design process end-to-end and managing assisting designers or motion artists.

Compensation (Poland Context)

• Range: PLN 11,900 - PLN 23,500 gross monthly (approx. PKR 8 Lakh - 16 Lakh per month).
• Other Locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process based on local standards.
