Graphic Designer

About the Role: Zeely AI is a platform that uses artificial intelligence to generate viral UGC videos and ad banners, as well as launch effective ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram. We're looking for a Graphic Designer to create high-converting ad creatives for social media. Your key responsibilities

• Develop creatives (banners, templates, posts) with a focus on performance.
• Implement UI-style visuals into performance marketing creatives and AI-generated outputs.
• Run variation testing of formats and hypotheses.
• Work in Figma / Photoshop / Illustrator.
• Analyze competitors and help generate new visual concepts.
• Create templates that can scale at the product level.

What we're looking for

• 2+ years of experience as a Graphic or Marketing Designer in performance teams.
• Hands-on experience creating Facebook/Instagram Ads (banners, stories, posts).
• Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator.
• A portfolio showcasing performance-driven advertising creatives (not just "pretty" — but effective).
• Strong grasp of composition, color, and structure of advertising messages.
• Attention to detail, proactivity, and ability to work with feedback.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI tools like MidJourney, DALL·E, Runway, ChatGPT + design.
• Motion design skills using After Effects or animation templates.
