Job Description
About the Role: Zeely AI is a platform that uses artificial intelligence to generate viral UGC videos and ad banners, as well as launch effective ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram. We're looking for a Graphic Designer to create high-converting ad creatives for social media. Your key responsibilities
- Develop creatives (banners, templates, posts) with a focus on performance.
- Implement UI-style visuals into performance marketing creatives and AI-generated outputs.
- Run variation testing of formats and hypotheses.
- Work in Figma / Photoshop / Illustrator.
- Analyze competitors and help generate new visual concepts.
- Create templates that can scale at the product level.
What we're looking for
- 2+ years of experience as a Graphic or Marketing Designer in performance teams.
- Hands-on experience creating Facebook/Instagram Ads (banners, stories, posts).
- Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator.
- A portfolio showcasing performance-driven advertising creatives (not just "pretty" β but effective).
- Strong grasp of composition, color, and structure of advertising messages.
- Attention to detail, proactivity, and ability to work with feedback.
Nice to have
- Experience with AI tools like MidJourney, DALLΒ·E, Runway, ChatGPT + design.
- Motion design skills using After Effects or animation templates.
